These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern all bookings and use of services provided by Wild Morocco (“Wild Morocco”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By making a booking, paying a deposit or balance, or participating in a tour, you (“you”, “traveller”, “client”, including all members of your party) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions
- Tour: any itinerary, trip, excursion, activity, or service operated or arranged by us.
- Booking: your request to purchase a Tour or related services, whether made by phone, email or online form.
- Contract: the binding agreement formed between you and Wild Morocco upon our written confirmation of your Booking.
- Force Majeure: events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, disease outbreaks, war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, and road closures.
3. Scope of Services
Wild Morocco operates and arranges private and small-group tours and activities in Morocco, including desert and mountain experiences.
The specific services included in your Tour will be set out in your written itinerary and/or invoice.
4. Booking & Contract Formation
A Contract is formed when we issue written confirmation of your Booking. By making a Booking you confirm that you are at least 18 years old
and have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all participants named in the Booking.
Important: Detailed booking, payment, amendment and cancellation terms are set out in our Booking Conditions, which form part of these Terms by reference.
5. Prices & Payment
- Prices are stated in the currency specified in your itinerary or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, prices are per person and based on the inclusions described.
- We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to Contract formation to reflect changes in supplier costs, taxes or exchange rates.
- Deposit and balance payment requirements are stated in the Booking Conditions and/or your confirmation email. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation (see Booking Conditions).
6. Changes & Cancellations
Our policies for client-initiated changes/cancellations and Wild Morocco-initiated changes/cancellations (including Force Majeure) are set out in the Booking Conditions.
Please read them carefully before booking.
7. Inclusions & Exclusions
Your confirmation sets out what is included. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following are typically not included:
- International or domestic flights
- Travel insurance
- Visas and entry fees
- Vaccinations
- Personal equipment
- Optional activities
- Meals not specified
- Drinks, tips, and personal expenses
8. Traveller Responsibilities
- Fitness & Participation: Ensure you are suitably fit and able to participate in chosen activities (e.g., trekking, camel rides, hiking at altitude, sand-boarding). You accept the risks inherent in outdoor/adventure travel.
- Medical Conditions & Medication: Inform us in writing of any medical condition, disability, or dietary requirement. Bring your own medication and first-aid kit.
- Travel Documents: You are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, and compliance with Moroccan entry requirements.
- Conduct: Follow local laws, respect cultural norms, and comply with safety instructions. Unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the tour without refund.
- Personal Property: You are responsible for your belongings and travel documents at all times.
9. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)
Comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of booking. Your policy must cover:
- Medical treatment
- Emergency evacuation (including helicopter)
- Trip cancellation/curtailment
- Personal liability
- Adventure activities included in your Tour
Please bring proof of insurance and provide details to your guide if requested.
10. Accommodation & Transport
- Accommodation will be as stated in your itinerary (e.g., desert camp, riad, guesthouse). Facilities may vary in remoter regions.
- Transport will be by licensed vehicles and/or animals (e.g., camels) suitable for the itinerary. Road conditions may be basic in remote areas.
- We may substitute equivalent accommodation/transport when necessary for safety or operational reasons.
11. Itineraries, Weather & Safety
Adventure travel can be affected by weather, road conditions, and other factors.
We may adapt routes, timings, and activities to safeguard travellers. Such changes do not constitute a breach of contract.
Additional costs caused by such conditions are the responsibility of the client.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform or for delays due to Force Majeure.
Where a Tour is cancelled for such reasons, refunds will be made less irrecoverable costs already incurred.
No additional compensation is payable.
13. Third-Party Suppliers
Some services (e.g., accommodation, transport) are provided by independent suppliers with their own terms.
We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties beyond our control.
14. Liability
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where unlawful.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the relevant services.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., missed flights, loss of enjoyment).
- You accept the risks of adventure travel and agree to participate at your own risk.
15. Health, Special Requests & Accessibility
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests (e.g., diet, room type) but cannot guarantee them.
Adventure environments may limit accessibility. Please consult us before booking if you have specific requirements.
16. Age & Group Bookings
- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Different terms may apply to groups of 10 or more (see Booking Conditions).
17. Photography & Promotional Use
We may take photos/videos during Tours for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in promotional materials, please inform your guide in writing at the start of the Tour.
18. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, itineraries, and materials (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Wild Morocco.
You may not copy or use such content without prior written consent.
19. Data Protection & Privacy
We collect and process personal data as necessary to deliver your Tour and for legitimate business purposes.

20. Complaints
If you have a concern during your Tour, please notify your guide immediately.
If unresolved, please email within 14 days of your Tour’s end date.
21. Errors & Omissions
We take care to ensure the accuracy of information but reserve the right to correct errors or update details before or after bookings are made.
22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts, subject to applicable consumer protections in your home country.
23. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version in force at the date of your Booking confirmation applies to your Contract.
