These Booking Conditions apply to all tours and services arranged by Wild Morocco (“us”, “we”, “our”).
By confirming a booking, you (“you”, “client”, “traveller”) agree to the conditions set out below.
They form part of and should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.
1. How to Book
Booking a tour with Wild Morocco can be made via phone, using our contact form, or by email.
After we confirm your tour in writing, you must pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost.
Details of how to pay the deposit and balance will be provided in writing at the time of confirmation.
For group bookings (10 or more), different booking terms apply — please contact us for details.
2. Payment
- You may choose to either pre-pay the final balance within the month prior to your trip, or to settle the balance directly with your tour driver/guide.
- Please let us know your preferred payment option when booking.
- Different conditions may apply for groups of 10 or more.
- For bookings made at short notice, we require a good faith deposit.
3. Cancellation by Client
You must notify us in writing if you wish to cancel a tour.
Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your written notification.
The following charges apply:
- 30 days or more before start date – loss of deposit*
- Between 29 and 10 days before start date – 75% of total tour cost
- Less than 10 days before start date – 100% of total tour cost
*Deposits may be covid-flexible. Please enquire with us about rolling your deposit forward to an alternative booking if you are unable to travel due to covid restrictions unknown at the time of booking.
We strongly recommend that you check your travel insurance policy covers cancellation charges.
4. Cancellation or Alterations by Us
The nature of travel may require occasional changes to the expected itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control
(e.g., adverse weather or road conditions). These adjustments are made in the interest of client safety.
- We will notify you as soon as possible of any such changes.
- We accept no responsibility for costs incurred due to such changes (e.g., accommodation, meals, transport) — these are the client’s responsibility.
In rare cases, we may be forced to cancel a tour due to force majeure (circumstances beyond our control).
